I haven’t updated this blog in forever but felt the need to rant about X-Factor after tonight’s awful results. Two of the show’s most talented artists got the axe today and it sickens me. I get Astro going home because the cocky little douche bag clearly soured a lot of voters because of his tantrum a few weeks ago and I know the only reason he made it out alive after last week’s episode is because his fan base probably mobilized some before going back to being lazy this week. Nevertheless, the little prick is clearly talented and has the chance to have a tremendous career — potentially better than anyone else on the show.
Now, Drew getting voted off just pisses me off to no end, though. That girl can sing and has one of the most unique and moving voices I’ve ever heard — all coming from a tiny little girl’s body. Every time she’d sing, I’d get chills up and down my spine. I was okay with L.A. siding with his guy, Marcus, because he seemed genuinely torn and it was understandable to stick with his team. But, Paula and Nicole both proved that they’re evil, unethical, and mean-spirited cunts that were willing to fuck over a young girl just to be spiteful against Simon. It was sickening and completely unprofessional and I hope that Simon is smart enough to not bring either one of them back to be judges next season.
