Here’s where you can get an inside look at how I’m doing health-wise so you can wager wisely if you ever get into a bet with regard to an Over/Under on when I’ll have a heart attack. At one point, I would’ve went with the Under if the age was set at 30, but then in September ‘02 I started the Body-for-LIFE program and saw my weight drop from 386.5 lbs to an all-time low of 238.0 in June ‘03.
Sadly, I hit a plateau, and then hovered in the vicinity of that weight for a couple of years before I started gaining steadily until I’m at where I am now — approximately 330 lbs. However, for the billionth time I’ve decided to focus on my health again and am once again making attempt to get fit and thin before the end of twenty ten.
