Merge Lane Stoppers Must Die

People that stop in merge lanes instead of quickly ramping up to the speed of traffic should get the death penalty. These people are clearly idoitic morons that Darwinism would’ve normally weeded out 100 years ago but are living and reproducing in today’s day and age. If we keep allowing people that would normally be naturally selected out of the equation to live, the future of humanity is in a dire situation. Merge lane stoppers must die!

I absolutely agree. Traffic backs up for no reason whatsoever because dumbass drivers don’t get up to speed before trying to merge, and thus everyone else has to slow down to let them in or avoid ramming into them.
It also bothers me being behind them on the ramp, because then you have to try to merge and get shafted.

It just constantly baffles me how people don’t “get” such a simple concept. I have a theory that if people knew how to merge properly, didn’t slow down whenever there’s a “curve” or “hill”, didn’t rubberneck, didn’t excessively tap their breaks in instances where simply letting off the gas would slow them down enough, and got off of green lights at a reasonable pace that traffic across the country would be virtually non-existent.

i love merging around those people when i can, essentially making it even harder for them to get in. bit of an asshole move, but it’s nicer than me getting a shotgun and blowing their heads off.
