		<description>Definitely. Especially for someone like him that probably does hit the gym hard and puts a lot of effort into his body. You can feel the positive benefits for years after you stop if you work hard at maintaining.</description>

		<description>What bugs me about the A-Rod admission is how he talks about how proud he is of his post-Texas (and post-roids) stats and accomplishments, something about his best single season. 

I don&#039;t know a lot about the subject, but they use these things to build muscle, right? It&#039;s not like it improves their vision so they can choose better pitches to swing at. So, I feel like it&#039;s laughable to say he&#039;s proud of the clean years since then, if he still has the bulk he put on from using. I absolutely believe he works his ass off in the gym, but they make it seem as though the roid-muscles just fall off when they don&#039;t use &#039;em.</description>
