Only lost 2 lbs for the week, but it was another fantastic 7 days where I had excellent workouts every single morning and didn’t slip on the diet front at all during the week. I think my digestive issues are probably why more weight didn’t come off. Regardless, I’m now down to 309.2 lbs with 39.8% body fat and 22 visceral fat. All steps in the right direction so I’m happy with the continued progress. I think I’m coming down with a cold but hopefully it won’t keep me from staying on track this week, as I’m closing in on the first big milestone of getting below 300 lbs.

This is three straight games where the Miami Hurricanes pretty much shit on themselves in the 4th quarter. They just completely choked down the stretch and blew a 24-14 lead to lose 28-24 to the college hoops factory UNC. I’m beginning to not enjoy watching them play because they’re just beyond pathetic at times. The DBs can’t cover worth a damn and seem to always go for big plays that end up costing them huge. And even though they’re always going for these home runs, they never actually get any. It’s all risk and no reward. If they were a baseball player, they’d be 0-600 with 600 strikeouts.

The offensive play calling once again sucked. Patrick Nix sucks. The bringing in of Jacory Harris for a few drives yet again killed our offensive momentum and cost us points. I really like the kid and think he can be a good QB for us down the road, but he’s not ready yet and I’m beginning to hate him because the coaches keep using him. The only player that looked like a Cane out there was Cooper and maybe Epps. All the rest just choked and just cracked under the pressure in the 4th. Despite my hopes for an ACC title game appearance, we may be headed for another losing season.

Yeah, so I had to call in sick today (well, sent a text message actually) because I woke up to an excruciating amount of pain in both my gall bladder and pancreas regions. Feeling a little better now thanks to one of those hippie gallstone flushes, but I’m starting to think that there’s no getting around me having the procedure to remove yet another of my God-given organs (other being the appendix). Guess that’ll be discussed when I see my doctor next Friday afternoon.

What’s even worse is that it’s cold and rainy right now so I can’t even go outside and stalk all the hot girls that would normally be walking around. Oh, well, I might still try and make it out tonight if I’m feeling up for it so hopefully that will make up for all of today’s boredom. And, no, I won’t be killing my innards with alcohol tonight. If I go, it’ll be partying it up sober style (just acting like a drunken idiot).

You gotta love the Internet. Back in the day if you saw some random hot chick on some television commercial you were stuck jerking it to some nameless face. However in today’s world, you can usually Google the bitch and find out exactly who you’re busting a nut for to make the experience all the more believable.

Case in point was my recent discovery of the tight bodied lil dancer Julianne Hough from Dancing With The Stars. I had never watched that show so I had yet to witness her beauty. Luckily for me, she looked hot enough in her Juicy Fruit commercial that I felt the need to Google it to find out exactly who she was. Well, I know of her now and that’s why she’s my completely on time Babe of the Week.

Today’s blowout win by the Dolphins over the New England Patriots was extra special because I’m living in Boston and working in Foxboro these days and am surrounded by Pats fans wherever I go. And we just didn’t beat them, we gave them an old fashioned ass whooping and pretty much embarassed them. I kind of wish I would’ve gotten some tickets to see the game in person cause that would’ve been quite entertaining to see. So, my real teams are 2-0 this weekend but my fantasy team is going to lose and I’ll fall to 2-1.

I had yet another fantastic week where I ate healthy every day and worked out each and every morning. The result was a drop of 6 lbs from 317.2 lbs to 311.2 lbs. I capped things off with a fun night out on the town Saturday night where Brandon & I headed over to this place called Privus and got our drink on while admiring the slew of young and extremely hot talent. It was truly amazing out and there were just an insane amount of completely bangable babes all around. My confidence level isn’t at the point where I can do much about it so it’s more for the motivation and Spank Bank™ material to be honest. Nevertheless, a shit ton of alcohol was consumed, hot girls were talked to and an overall fun time had by all.

The Hurricanes looked pretty damn good for the first three quarters (after the first drive) in their blowout win today over the Aggies, but I just don’t like what I saw in the 4th for the 2nd straight game. I don’t know if it’s the coach’s faults, the player’s or a combination of both, but they can’t just continue to either fold in the 4th like they did against the Gators or just fail to close out a game like they did today. It’s still a “W” but the Aggies are a horrible team and the Canes’ inability to close out and just get walked over in the 4th is embarrassing. True Canes own the 4th quarter.

I still think they have the talent to actually compete in the A(wful)CC but they better start showing they have what it takes on the “inside” to be a truly great football team or else this could end up being another disappointing season. We also can’t just overlook the fact that they dominated the Aggies like this last year, too, and it was pretty much the only game the offense looked good in all season. I am very optimistic about this team and I’m hoping it’s just growing pains for a very young squad, but they’ve still got a lot to prove to me before I start believing the Canes are really back.

Okay, I’m talking about the main character played by Briana Evigan for now. The other one will get her due respect when the time is right. I’m not sure if I thought the movie was passable because it wasn’t that bad or just because I had a constant erection thanks to Brian’s uber cute face and tight little dancer’s body. Maybe it was just the latter, but it could be a little of both. Regardless, she’s really hot and that’s why she’s my Babe of the Week.

That is, unless I can get one to cum tonight for me. But, yeah, I had one picked out for Monday night but I got distracted by the football game and the naked girls who leave their shades open across and a floor down from my kitchen window. I’m sure you guys can understand.

Oh, by the way, as I’m sure you already know if you’ve followed me for a while but I fucking despise people that drive slow in the fast lane. Seriously, how can anyone think they’re driving okay when they’re going the exact same speed as the two cars next to them in the middle and slow lanes and there’s no traffic in front of them and miles of traffic packed up behind them? Seriously, how? It’s common sense but apparently not all that common. That’s why I call it uncommon sense.

I had yet another excellent week of eating healthy and exercising every day and the prize for doing so has been dropping 3 more lbs. I’m now down to 317.2 lbs and am well on my way towards getting below 300 in the short term and 200 in the long term. My body fat is down to 39.5%, visceral fat down to 23 and waist measurement down to 54″. I’ve still got a long way to go, but my confidence level is so high that I just know it’s a matter of time. Still have over an hour to kill before the football starts, though, so that’s still a downer.

I tend to wake up early in the morning no matter how late I stay up at night. I think it’s from years and years of forcing myself to wake up early to get my morning workouts in. Nowadays I usually wake up by 7AM at the latest regardless of whether or not I want to sleep in and without ever using an alarm clock. This was alright in Cali because football games would start at 10AM on Sundays and that was only a few hours of waiting for me before the games start up. Now that I’m back on the east coast, it means that now I have to wait 6 damn hours before kickoff and in the cases where my team has a late game, such as today, that’s a 10 hour wait for my Dolphins to play. I really miss this aspect of being on the west coast.

Yeah, staying in tonight so no cute college girls. Pretty bored cause OSU kinda sucks and USC is killing them so this game isn’t really all that interesting even though I tend to enjoy seeing the suckeyes get spanked. Didn’t even get to see naked girl change in the other building. Oh, well, hopefully the NFL games are more fun tomorrow cause the college games really sucked today.

While most pundits believe that our next President will be Barack Obama, my gut feeling is that we’ll be addressing Senator John McCain as President when all is said and done. Even though most Americans seem fed up with President Bush’s failures and McCain really represents more of the same, you simply cannot underestimate the power of the Republican political war machine.

I’m already seeing a lot of fear mongering from the Republicans, the party which I’m officially registered with, and that often is enough to win over most Americans who want to feel safe and secure. Even though the 9/11 attacks happened on President Bush’s watch, I’m hearing enough from people that seem to credit Bush for keeping another attack from coming while also claiming that the only way to keep another from happening is electing McCain.

Throw in the fact that Palin will undoubtedly bring over enough ignorant female voters that had supported Hilary Clinton, despite the fact that another Republican Presidency could mean an even greater swing to the Right in the Supreme Court and potentially a ban on abortion, and you have yourself an election that McCain can win.

Plus, the Republicans always do a good job of painting their opponent’s as aloof and out of touch with the common people and this tactic seems to be swaying some people away from Obama thanks to his slew of Hollywood endorsements and his “intellegence”. The conspiracy theorist inside me is also thinking that the recent drop in gas prices is all a part of a plan to get people to think that the economy isn’t really all that bad and that will lessen the need for the always-frightening thought of “change”.

I wouldn’t list red hair as something I look for in my women, as brunettes and then blondes definitely catch my eye a lot more. However, my month plus in Boston has made me begin to realize that there are quite a few hot redheaded beauties out there.

One of whom is the adorably cute Isla Fisher. While I first saw her in Wedding Crashers, it wasn’t until her role in Hot Rod that I really started falling in love with this cute lil ginger. She has proven to be more than worthy of being honored Babe of the Week.

Both of my teams, the Hurricanes and Dolphins, lost this weekend but apparently I’m supposed to be happy with the direction of both teams. I’m sorry but I’m tired of moral victories. The positive is that the baby Canes looked really good for three quarters and they matched up with the Gators athletically, which was quite shocking to be honest. Spence had some spectacular bone crushing hits and quite a few of the team’s super freshmen showed a lot of promise. Moreover, the new defensive coordinator from Kansas, Bill Young, looks like he might be an even bigger pickup than any of the team’s highly-touted recruits. The UF game was the first I’ve ever seen where a Miami Hurricanes defense confused an opponent. They’ve always won just on talent alone and not scheming.

That said, the offensive play calling was absolutely atrocious. The team might have a chance to compete in the ACC this year but only because the conference is horrific right now. They will never compete on a national level with Patrix Nix calling the plays and running the offense. He sucked at GT and he’s been atrocious at UM. I’m a Randy Shannon fan but he screwed up mightily by keeping this guy around.

Then there’s the Dolphins. The post-game announcers kept on talking about how the team showed a lot of promise and that Pennington showed leadership in driving them down the field and putting them in position for a come from behind victory. Umm, why should I be happy with that? The team lost six games last year by three points or less. What good did that do? They lost this one by six. Why should I be happy with the fact that Pennington had four shots from inside the 20 to WIN the game and couldn’t complete a pass? Sure, I believe he was a good pickup and I believe the team is on the right path for success but I’m not going to be happy until they actually start winning these types of games. And that goes for both the Dolphins and the Hurricanes.

I had another excellent week of exercising and eating right. Outside of a few beers on Tuesday, shots of vodka Friday night, and a 12″ dildo Thursday and Saturday, nothing went into my body in the past week that shouldn’t have. Plus, I’ve made it into the gym and have had excellent workouts for 2+ weeks straight. The result of all this is that I’m down another 3 lbs and am now crushing the scale at 320.2 lbs. And even though I’m an entire chubby chick away from my goal weight, I’m excited by the continued progress and believe I’m on my way to a better and more sexually active me!

For those that may have missed the update a little over a month ago, I left my job at Visual Concepts to take on a great new challenge as the lead designer on a football game for Play Hard Sports in Boston, MA. It was really hard to leave my friends, co-workers and my brother in SF, but so far I’m absolutely loving the change in my life both personally and professionally. I really like the people I’m working with and am absolutely LOVING the hell out of the fact that there are so many hot young college girls in this area.

Not only is this city filled with beautiful spank-worthy women, but so is the building I’m living in. I always look forward to taking a ride down the elevator or heading into the gym because there’s a fairly decent chance I’ll see some fine ass girls. For instance, when I went to the gym for some cardio I was greeted with this extremely sexy tall blonde on the stairmaster. I have been dumping the biggest bucket of Hatorade onto Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles since the commercials first came out for it. I must say that I was so wrong in my hate after finally watching a couple of episodes recently from the first season. I’m hooked and it’s actually quite good.

In honor of the adding of a show that I thought I’d hate onto my Tivo lineup, I’ve decided to name the show’s star Summer Glau my Babe of the Week. Oh, and this finally gets me caught the fuck up! If I can post a new bitch by Monday night then I’ll actually start being timely. Maybe.
